When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the houses have been removed from the site and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

2.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
