This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code to withdraw H.M.O.P. No.140 of 2015 pending on the file of Subordinate Judge, Perambalur and to transfer the same to Subordinate Judge, Ooty.

2) Today, when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner is present and he made an endorsement to the effect that the case now required to be transferred to Subordinate Court, Ooty has already been disposed in the trial Court. In this regard, he made an endorsement in the petition.

3) In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
