PRAYER : The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action as against the 4th respondent on the basis of petitioner's representation in the form of complaint dated 14.03.2023 made to the 3rd respondent through online. The petition seeks direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's complainant dated 14.03.2023 and take action.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the said complaint was acknowledged in R.C.No.1 of 2023 and the 3rd respondent will consider the complaint in accordance with law.

3. In view of the above, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2023 and act in accordance with law. It is open to the 3rd respondent to take such action as deemed fit, in the circumstances of the case.

4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
