Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, praying to call for the records relating to the order in ref: MDPM/CS/KORATTY/MRB dated 27.12.2010 of the 2nd respondent read with the order of the No.MDPM/CS/KORATTY/MRB dated 29.03.2012 of the first respondentappellate authority as communicated on 17.04.2012 and quash the same as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust and in violation of the principles of natural justice, consequently direct the respondents to give all consequential, promotion and other attendant service benefits due to the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
