This application has been filed to issue subpoena to the Sub-Registrar, Periamet, Chennai to produce the Registrar Book No.III Vol 114 to speak about the Will dated 15.11.1998 and Doc.no.29/1999, book no.III Vo.114, Pages 105 to 108 containing the Registered Will executed by Kaliammal and also the Will dated 20.03.2002 Book III Document No.28 of 2002 SRO Periamet, Chennai and tender evidence before this Court.

2. Considering the nature of the allegations involved in the T.O.S., Issue Subpoena to the Sub Registrar, Periamet, produce the said documents.
