ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the contempt of order of this Court made in in W.P.No.16125 of 2020 dated 18.11.2020.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the orders passed by this Court has been complied with. To substantiate the same, the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Pallavaram dated 3.06.2022, was placed before this Court. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent did not identify the subject land and the same is evident from the order passed by the respondent. The learned counsel submitted that a reference has been made to Survey No.70/6 and whereas, the subject property is Survey No.70/1A1A1A. Therefore, the learned counsel submitted that the proceedings of the Tahsildar is not in line with the directions issued by this Court.
4.In the considered view of this Court, the issue that has been raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner is factual in nature and that cannot be gone into by this Court in this contempt petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in accordance with law. In fact, an appellate remedy has already been given even in the order passed by the respondent.
