This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 01.10.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.29192 of 2024, thereby directed the first respondent to forward the application filed by the petitioner dated 25.06.2024 to the third respondent within a period of two weeks and on receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the second respondent and dispose the same, after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. 2.
The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 3 submitted that as directed by this Court, the third respondent conducted enquiry and passed order on the application submitted by the petitioner dated 25.06.2024.
