Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court, to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the submission and also an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed as not pressed.
