Mr.K.M. Mohamedziauddin Order This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of the I.D.O.P. No.273 of 2023, pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Thiruvallur. According to the petitioner, for more than one year, the respondent has failed to appear before the Principal District Court, Thiruvallur to enable the petitioner to cross examine him. According to the petitioner, the respondent is dragging on the proceedings. In such circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

3. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued

to the Principal District Court, Thiruvallur to dispose of the I.D.O.P. No.273 of 2023 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.After giving due consideration to the year of the I.D.O.P., this Court directs the Principal District Court, Thiruvallur to dispose of the I.D.O.P. No.273 of 2023, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
