Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent in C.No.CCIII/187/10(23C)/07-08 dated 14.03.2013 read with the order in C.No.CCIT III/187/10(23C)/154/13-14 dated 13.11.2013, quash the said orders and consequently direct the respondents to restore the approval to the petitioner granted under Section 10 (23C)(vi) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

(Order of the Court was made by Mr. R. Sudhakar, J) It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a Review Petition has been filed before the Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Chennai. The authorities are at liberty to deal with the matter, in accordance with law.

2. Since a review petition has been filed, the writ petition need not be kept pending before this Court. Hence, giving liberty to the petitioner Trust to pursue the said issue in accordance with law, this petition is closed.
