O R D E R

This Review Application has been filed by the petitioners/ respondents in C.R.P.(PD) No.3485 of 2017 to review the order dated 19.09.2017 passed thereunder.

2. The Civil Revision Petition was filed for numbering the suit in O.S.S.R.No.10046 of 2017 presented before the trial Court. Considering the extraordinary circumstances stated by the Revision Petitioner, this Court granted an interim order of status quo till numbering of the suit.

3. Now that the suit has been numbered and the Revision Petitioner has approached the trial Court for the discretionary relief. Once a suit is numbered, the status quo order granted by this Court automatically stands vacated and the parties have to workout their remedy before the trial Court as the matter has

been ceased of by the Court concerned.

4. Therefore, the Review Application is disposed of with an observation the status quo order granted by this Court does not survive any longer after numbering of the suit. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS VI) //True copy// Sub Assistant Registrar asi To The Principal District Munsif, Alandur.
