PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "SMS One Ayurvedic Saloon and SPA" at No.174 G Vijaya Complex, Kaikattupudhur, Avinasi Taluk, Tirupur Main Road, Tirupur District, by passing orders on my representation dated 14.03.2023 District, by passing orders on my representation dated 14.03.2023.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "SMS One Ayurvedic Saloon and SPA" at No.174 G Vijaya Complex, Kaikattupudhur, Avinasi Taluk, Tirupur Main Road, Tirupur District, by passing orders on my representation dated 14.03.2023 District, by passing orders on my representation dated 14.03.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2023 is not available with the respondent police. If fresh representation is submitted, appropriate orders would be passed.

3. In the light of the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side),

(i) This Court directs the petitioner to submit fresh representation to the respondent police.

(ii) On such submission of fresh representation, the respondent police is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders, in the manner known to law.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 27.03.2023 Index :Yes/No Internet :Yes/No gd To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Coimbatore, Coimbatore District.
