No.3636/ 2017/ C1 dated 03.10.2017 (in WMP.33029/2017) and (2)stay the operation of the impugned letter issued by the 2nd respondent in proceedings Rc.Lr. No.45529/ F3/ 2010 dated 21.05.2015 and the consequential impugned order of refixation and recovery issued by the 3rd respondent in proceeding Na.Ka. No.3635/ 2017/ C1 dated 03.10.2017 (in WMP.33031/2017)respectively pending WP.Nos.30298 & 30299 of 2017.
Order :These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.PREM NARAYAN,
Advocate for the petitioner in each of the petitions and of MRS.A.SRIJAYANTHI SPL.GOVT.PLEADER on behalf of the Respondents 1 & 2 in both the petitions and of the 3rd respondent not appearing either in person or by an Advocate the court made the following order:- The interim stay already granted by this Court on 24.11.2017 is made absolute. Post the writ petitions "for final disposal" after four weeks.
