This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 10.11.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 06.02.2015. A copy of the Closure Report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

4. It is also seen that a case is pending before the Consumer Court that has been filed by the petitioner in 2014. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued and this petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
