ORDER

The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed in WP.No.11149/2012 dated 11.11.2013, came forward to file the present contempt petition.

The matter in issue pertains to the restoration of water channel in its original place. The learned counsel https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the

petitioner is no more.

This Court, vide order, which is the subject matter of contempt, granted liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter before the Seven Member Committee, in the form of representation and further direction to pass appropriate orders.

In the light of the fact that the petitioner is no more, the contempt petition is closed and however, if the LRs of the deceased petitioner are so advised, they are at liberty to work out their remedy in accordance with law before the competent Forum.
