2015 of the petitioner to grant extension of time upto 30th September 2016 for Commissioning of Solar Power Project at Muttur Village Samudram Village, Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to implement the terms of Energy Purchase Agreement dated 04.07.2015 which includes tariff charges of Rs.7.01 per unit without AD benefit for the Solar Power to be generated and sold by the Petitioner and supplied to the Respondents beyond the control periods specified in the order passed by TNERC in the Tariff Order No.4 of 2015 dated 01.04.2015.
