PRAYER:

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 5 to take action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.06.2016 and to close the meat shop of the sixth respondent family in the name of "Baby Chicken Shop" at No.39, Block 22, Anwar Mian Garden, Adyar, Chennai 600 020.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents 2 to 5 to take action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.06.2016 and to close the meat shop of the sixth respondent family in the name of "Baby Chicken Shop" at No.39, Block 22, Anwar Mian Garden, Adyar, Chennai 600 020.

However, after perid of eight years, the representation of the petitioner cannot be considered now. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty 2/4

to submit a fresh representation on fresh cause of action to the fourth respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the sixth respondent herein and giving them opportunity of hearing, and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the fresh representation.

With the above direction, this writ petition is dispoed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
