ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to register an F.I.R. pursuant to the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhachalam in C.M.P.No.3767 of 2022 filed under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that an F.I.R. has been registered in Crime No.91 of 2023 on 09.08.2023 for offences under Sections 403, 294(b), 506(i) of IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 as against the five named accused persons. A copy of the F.I.R. was also furnished to the Court.
