The present Miscellaneous Petition is filed to set aside the order dated 12.03.2018 made in W.P.No.5705 of 2009 and restore the Writ Petition to be heard on merit.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. Therefore, the same may be dismissed as infructuous. To that effect, he has also made an endorsement in the bundle.
