3. C.M.P.No.8718 of 2019 is filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent and rank them as respondents 9 to 12 in S.A.No.937 of 2006.

4. C.M.P.No.16394 of 2021 is filed to bring on record the proposed respondents as the legal representatives of the deceased 1/3

2nd respondent in S.A.No.937 of 2006.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the proposed respondents has no objection for these petitions being ordered. Accordingly, the petitions are ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the Second Appeal for hearing on 01.03.2023.
