This Criminal Original Petition is for direction to the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.02.2018 and to take appropriate and immediate action. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint dated 18.02.2018 was received by the Director of Vigilance and Anti Corruption and he has ordered for a preliminary enquiry vide order dated 07.03.2018. Accordingly, PE 68/2018/RDP/VL dated 15.03.2018 has been registered and taken up for enquiry by the second respondent.
