This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to execute the Bailable Warrant dated 13.07.2020 issued against the accused persons in the proceedings pending in C.C.No.915 of 2019 on the file of the Fast Track Court-II, Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Chennai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents. 3.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the case is now posted for hearing on 26.04.2024. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to execute the Bailable Warrant and to produce the accused person before the Court below before the next date of hearing.
