This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.60 of 2024 on the file of the third respondent to the file of fourth respondent or any other agency.

2. Heard Mr.Ma.Gouthaman, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. The First Information Report itself has been registered only on 26.02.2024. Therefore, there is no question of transferring the investigation at this stage. If the investigation does not progress properly in this case, it is left open to the petitioner to revive his claim at a later point of time.
