2. The connected Writ Petition filed by the Management in W.P.No.9696 of 2021 has been allowed by this Court today and the matter was remanded to the Approval Authority for fresh consideration. The relief sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition cannot be granted. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
