This petition has been filed to relax the condition 6(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 06.30 p.m for a period of two weeks thereafter every saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.29946 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024. SUNDER MOHAN, J.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed in para No.6(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 06.30 p.m for a period of two weeks thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.29946 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024. is relaxed.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 19.03.2025 vca To The Inspector Of Police, Ammapet Police Station, Salem City.
