The prayer sought for herein is to order of raising the attachment of immovable property morefully described in the schedule of the Judges Summon belonging to the applicant.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, who is the applicant in the main application i.e., A.No.2577 of 2014.

3. In the main application, by order dated 22.08.2016, this Court passed an order of attachment against the immovable property morefully described in the schedule.

4. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that the applicant herein i.e., respondent in the main application had come forward to settle the amount and according to the learned counsel for the respondent herein, the entire amount has been settled by the applicant herein. Therefore, recording the same, the said order of attachment dated 22.08.2016 can be raised.

5. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent herein, who is the Finance Company and who is the applicant in the main application, the attachment order passed by this Court dated 22.08.2016 is hereby raised.

6. This order shall be communicated to the SRO, Karimalavalamavanthanallur (via), Sankaran Kovil Taluk, Tirunelveli District for taking steps to remove such attachment and the entries be made in the concerned Register.
