..Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.167/2017 dated 2.5.2017 and quash the same as arbitrary exercise of power, illegal and without any jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondents 3 and 4 to remove the seal of manufacturing of water unit "NSK Water"as stated supra and permit the petitioner to run the business.
