ORDER
The impleaded respondents 2 to 6 in the Writ Petition are the petitioners herein and they have filed this Contempt Petition alleging willful default and non-compliance of the order dated 14.03.2016 passed in W.P.No.25067 of 2009.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted
that the order dated 14.03.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.25067 of 2009 has been complied with.
3. The learned Government Advocate produced a copy of the Government Order in G.O.(Ms).No.276 Home (Pol-VIII) Department dated 01.4.2017, before this Court.
4. In view of the said G.O. dated 01.4.2017 placed before this Court and by recording the submissions made by both sides, this Contempt Petition is closed.
