ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the Arbitration Petition dated 15.03.2005 pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the Arbitration Petition dated 15.03.2005 filed by the petitioner by adhering to the principles of natural justice within a time frame fixed by this Court. Since the petition was filed by the petitioner on 15.03.2005, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's Arbitration Petition dated 15.03.2005 within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by adhering to the principles of natural justice. 2/4

4. This writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. No costs.
