Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2017 within a time frame.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2017 for othe issuance of patta, the 3rd respondent has not considered the same yet.

4.Mr.R.Rajeswaran learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice

to all the interested parties.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
