Today the matter is posted under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. This Court, by an order dated 27.10.2017 suspended the sentence of imprisonment imposed against the petitioner by the trial Court on 22.09.2017 in C.C.13 of 2014. But, it appears that in the order at paragraph Nos.1 and 4, the name of the trial Court was wrongly typed as "the learned Special Judge under Prevention of Corruption Act, Chennai " instead of "the Special Judge/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal, Namakkal District.

3. Therefore, wherever it appears in the order dated 27.10.2011 at paragraph Nos.1 and 4, the name of the trial Court should be read as the learned Special Judge/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal, Namakkal District instead of the learned Special Judge under Prevention of Corruption Act, Chennai.

4. Office is directed to correct the order and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
