ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "7....(b) The petitioners shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 Page No.1 of 4

a.m., until further orders" imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2826 of 2025 dated 05.02.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para no.7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.2826 of 2025 dated 05.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
