The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 01.08.2015 without insisting surety. 2.The application submitted by the petitioner is relating to entrepreneur development programme and under the Scheme the terms and conditions stipulated must be followed. The petitioner cannot seek for the exception that the respondents shall not insist for surety. If any such conditions stipulated for the purpose of availing the benefit of the scheme, then it is to be complied.

3. This being the factum, the relief sought for is absurd and cannot be claimed as a right. Thus, the writ petition is devoid of merits and dismissed. No costs.
