ORDER

The petitioners have filed this petition seeking a direction to the Additional Subordinate Judge, Kallakurichi, to dispose of the suit in OS No.260 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit is of the year 2016 and pertains to recovery of money and prayed for the speedy disposal of the E.P.No.138 of 2024 in O.S.No.260 of 2016.

3. Considering the long pendency, there shall be a speedy disposal of the execution petition. The learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of E.P.No.138 of 2024 in O.S.No.260 of 2016, on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Kallakurichi, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
