In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 20.10.2022, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 26.10.2022 seeking for rectification of the interim order dated 29.08.2022 passed in W.M.P.No.104 of 2015 in W.P.No.6057 of 2006.

2. Recording the memo dated 26.10.2022, paragraph 4 of the order dated 29.08.2022, shall stand modified as follows:- "4. With regard to a sum of Rs.1,11,540/- (Rupees One Lakh Eleven Thousand Five Hundred and Forty only), which is deposited to the credit of I.D.No.181 of 1997 on the file of the second respondent, as per the order dated 02.03.2006 in W.M.P.No.6538 of 2008 in W.P.No.6057 of 2006, the first respondent is directed to file an affidavit and petition before the second respondent/I Additional Labour Court seeking permission to withdraw the amount."
