This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26646 of 2022 dated 10.11.2022 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26646 of 2022 dated 10.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the petitioners 2 to 4 shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
