ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein who was arrested on 25.02.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1-A) of TNP Act and Section 6, 11, of RS Rules in Crime No.126 of 2022, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner herein was alleged to have found in possession of 500 fake labels to manufacture spurious IMFL, besides 105 litres of Pondy ID Arrack.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested on 25.02.2022 and he is innocent and nothing was recovered from him.

4. However the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submits that the petitioner along with others were engaged in manufacturing spurious IMFL, for which they were in possession of ID Arrack and fake labels.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner was engaged in manufacturing spurious liquor, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
