Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both Parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself. 2.According to the petitioner, her husband died in a road accident on 23.08.2017. Thereafter, she is doing house keeping work and earning a monthly salary of Rs.7,000/-. She gave a representation dated 01.03.2021 to the respondents seeking permission to run petti shop in whites' road opposite to Lal tyres. Finding no action on the said representation, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the same. 3.Heard both sides and perused the documents enclosed in the typed set of papers.

4.Considering the limited relief sought herein, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2021 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
