ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Spl CC No.33 of 2024, on the file of the Special Judge for Trail of Cases under SC and ST (POA) Act, Coimbatore.

2. When this Court was about to dismiss the petition on merits, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
