O R D E R

This contempt petition has been preferred seeking to punish the respondent for willfully disobeying the order of this Court dated 13.06.2018 passed in Crl.O.P.No.15416 of 2018.

2. In Crl.O.P.No.15416 of 2018, this Court, on 13.06.2018, issued the following directions:

"3. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and file a closure report or final report or a charge sheet as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.

With the above direction, this petition is closed."

3. Alleging that the police have not complied with the aforesaid directions, this contempt petition has been filed by Kavitha, the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15416 of 2018.

4. D.Chandramohan, HC 493, Vadavalli Police Station, Coimbatore District, is present.

5. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the investigation in Crime No.133 of 2017 was completed and a closure report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate-VI, Coimbatore. The de facto has also been served with the RCS notice and he has also filed a protest application before the said Court.
