'Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Limited' (hereinafter 'said company' for brevity) is the company under liquidation in the main Company Petition, namely C.P.No.73 of 2000.

2.Learned Deputy Official Liquidator, who is before this Court on behalf of the Official Liquidator adverting to the report dated 18.03.2019 filed in support of the instant application submitted that 'Official Liquidator' ('OL' for brevity) is receiving complaints from various investors qua said company, about said company regarding non-payment of investments made.

3. This Court perused the report of the Official Liquidator dated 18.03.2019 and heard learned Deputy Official Liquidator.

4. On being satisfied that the prayer in the instant application is innocuous and deserves to be acceded to, this application is ordered as prayed for.
