This petition is filed to condone the delay of 110 days in filing the W.M.P. against the order dated 25.10.2019 made in W.P.No.27094 of 2004.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the above petition, the delay is condoned. The petition is ordered.
