This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to forthwith expunge the remarks made in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the genuineness certificate dated 13.07.2018 issued by the respondent pursuant to the orders dated 12.04.2018 of this Court made in W.A.Nos.747 to 752 of 2018 and C.M.P.No.7147 to 7152 of 2018 and issued confirmation of the genuineness of the work completion certificate dated 17.09.2016 issued by the respondent to the petitioner with regard to the Under Ground Sewerage Scheme to Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation package I without any adverse remarks.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the prayer sought in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
