ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the trial Court to expedite and conclude the Trial in C.CNo.345 of 2017 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Sulur, Coimbatore District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, though the case in C.C.No.345 of 2017 is pending from the year 2017, out of 13 witnesses cited, only 3 witness had been examined so far. Accused are unnecessarily made to appear before the Court without any progress. Therefore, present petition is filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, witnesses would be produced in regular intervals.

4. Considering the fact that, this case is pending from the year 2017, this Court directs the respondent to produce the witness during the next hearing. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Sulur is directed to issue summons to the witnesses at regular intervals and dispose the case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2/4

5. With the above observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
