ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused to quash the FIR in Crime No.385 of 2021 dated 25.06.2021 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that after completion of investigation, the respondent police have closed the complaint as mistake of facts. Therefore, there is nothing survives for adjudication. He further submitted that RCS notice has also been served to the defacto complainant.
