ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.) This special Bench is constituted, breaking two regular benches, to consider the instant review application. When the matter is called, none appeared for review applicant nor is any representation made for her. We have waited for some time. The matter was again called. No representation was made even at that time. Thus, we have no other alternative, but to dismiss the review application for want of prosecution. Even otherwise on merit also, on perusal of the pleadings and also the documents appended thereto, no case has been made out for reviewing the earlier order dated 03.09.2014. Accordingly, the review application is dismissed. No costs.
