Mrs.R.Janaki, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law on the Review Petition of the petitioner dated 10.04.2018 with regard to reinstatement into service, based on the Medical Report dated 08.02.2017, within a time frame.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that aggrieved by the order of removal from service dated 19.12.2017 of the Commandant, Tamilnadu Special Police I Battalian, the petitioner had filed an appeal before the Inspector General of Police, Armed Police dated 16.03.2018. The appellate authority vide https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order dated 16.03.2018, rejected the petitioner's appeal. Being aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed a review petition before the respondent on 10.04.2018. Since, no orders have been passed on the said Review petition till date, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4. The learned counsel Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection in considering and disposing of the review petition filed by the petitioner,within a stipulated period.

5. Considering the nature of relief sought for, this Court after hearing the parties and on going through the materials on record, without seeking counter/reply affidavit from the respondent, dispose of the Writ Petition, by directing the respondent to dispose of the review petition filed by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
