This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the docket order passed in E.P.No.2 of 2010 in O.S.No.1262 of 2008 dated 07.06.2016 on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur. 1/5

2. This Civil Revision Petition is filed on 05.07.2016. On 06.07.2016, this Court granted interim stay and thereafter, the matter was not listed and the revision petition was kept pending. Today, when the Civil Revision Petition is posted for hearing, erstwhile counsel for the petitioners submitted that he has handed over papers to the petitioners and he has given consent for change of vakalat. Subsequently, no counsel had entered appearance for the petitioners. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 is present. It appears that the petitioners are not interest in prosecuting this Civil Revision Petition and no useful purpose will be served by keeping this Civil Revision petition pending from the year 2016.

3. In such view of the matter, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
