Petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the 2nd Respondent to conduct inspection/enquiry contemplated vide Letter No.11541/E/2014, dated 26.04.2017 in the registered address of 'The Venkatapuram Cultural Association'
vide registration No.20/1939-40 at No.51/193, M.T.H. Road, Ambattur, Chennai 600 053.

It is seen that when the Petitioner herein approached this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13447 of 2017 seeking a direction to the 2nd Respondent Police to lay charge sheet and file Final Report under Section 173(2) of Cr.P.C. pending investigation in Crime No.859 of 2010, dated 31.10.2010 on the file of the 2nd Respondent, this Court, by an order dated 20.07.2017, directed the 2nd Respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.859 of 2010 pending on his file and file a Final Report within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

In view of the above and taking note of the fact that there is a dispute among the members of the Association and also in view of the order dated 27.06.2018 passed in the connected Writ Petition No.10430 of 2017 to the effect that the original Association is restored, the 2nd Respondent herein is directed to conduct inspection with regard to the original Association vide registration No.20/1939-40 , which is functioning at No.51/193, M.T.H. Road, Ambattur, Chennai 600 053.
The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction and observation.
No costs.
