Alleging the violation of the orders of this Court made in M.P.No.2/2015 in W.P.No.23317 of 2015 dated 31.07.2015, the present contempt petition is laid.

When the matter is called, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents would submit that the order passed by this Court in M.P.No.2/2015 in W.P.No.23317 of 2015 dated 31.07.2015 has already been complied with. The learned Government Advocate has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.5066/A5/2015 dated 02.12.2016 in this regard.
